Mrs. Monika Garcia

My name is Monika Garcia and I have been a fifth grade Dual Immersion teacher at Foothill Elementary for over thirteen years. I was born and raised in Pittsburg, Pirates class of 2000! I love working in my hometown. My husband and I reside in Oakley with our two beautiful daughters who keep us on our toes. I graduated from Hayward State with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and a teaching credential. I went on to St. Mary's and received a Master's degree in Teaching Leadership and an administrative credential. In my spare time, I love going to Disneyland, reading and shopping.

    Imagine Learning is a program that your child can access wthi their student lunch number, this number was also sent home to log into the think central website.  If you need this number again please email me and I will send it out to you.

    In this program your child will have a variety of options, from learning to identify the ABC's, phonics , and comprehension lessons, please take the time to explore.
