Attendance to school is important!

Attendance to School on time every day is important! Make school the place to be! Talk about how excited your child should be about going to learn something the next day to motivate them to hear the alarm clock and get ready promptly.

Quick Tips:

·         Schedule appointments outside of school hours

·         Join us for breakfast at school 7:30am or have your child help you make breakfast early at home so they can start having fun and develop vocabulary as you talk about what is in the kitchen.

·         Prepare uniform & lunch the night before

·         Set up a backup plan in case something goes wrong with transportation
 
We are celebrating good attendance at Marina Vista!
We are informing students and their families about how many students attended per grade level and how many tardies we have a day via two information bulletins. If a class gets perfect attendance (no students late, no students absent) the teacher gets a letter to post on their door until they spell out MARINA VISTA, then the whole class earns a party! Help your student's class receive a party and help them be prepared to learn by being in school every day on time!
 

¡La asistencia a la escuela a tiempo todos los días es importante! Convierta la escuela el lugar ideal para venir! Hable con sus hijos acerca lo emocionado que deben estar por ir a aprender algo al día siguiente para motivarles a oír el despertador y que se preparan con prontitud.

Consejos rápidos:

• Programe citas fuera del horario escolar

• Únase a nosotros para el desayuno en la escuela de las 7:30 am o haga que su hijo le ayude a hacer el desayuno temprano a casa para que puedan comenzar a divertirse y desarrollar el vocabulario mientras se habla de lo que está en la cocina.

• Prepare el almuerzo uniforme y la noche anterior

• Establezca un plan de respaldo en caso de que algo vaya mal con el transporte

Estamos celebrando buena asistencia a la escuela en Marina Vista!
Estamos informando a estudiantes y familias cuantos estudiantes asistieron por grado y cuantos llegaron tarde via 2 boletines de informacion.  Si una clase completa recibe asistencia perfecta (ningun estudiante llego tarde, nadie estuvo ausente) recibiran una letra para poner en la puerta del salon. Cuando reciban todas las letras para deletrear: MARINA VISTA, la clase recibira una fiesta de salon! Ayude a la clase de su hijo a recibir una fiesta para su clase al prepararle para estar listo para aprender al llegar a tiempo todos los dias!
